REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY — NATURE'S MEDICINES Last updated: May 2026 7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ECT Act) Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel any electronic transaction within 7 (seven) business days of receiving your order, without reason, provided goods are unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition. To exercise this right: email naturesmedicinesouthafrica@gmail.com or call 071 171 0909 within 7 business days of delivery. Refunds processed within 30 days of cancellation. Return courier costs are at the customer's expense unless goods are defective or incorrectly supplied. 30-DAY SATISFACTION RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for: - Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging - Products with proof of purchase (order confirmation) We cannot accept returns of: - Opened or used products (hygiene/safety reasons) - Tampered or post-delivery damaged products - Sale/promotional items (unless defective) DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
